Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can modify it by contacting us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

We try our best to answer support tickets in a timely manner. Our average response time is within 1 hour (during business hours, 8am-5pm PST).

All orders placed before 11:00AM PST will ship the same-day. If your order was placed after this cut off time, it will be shipped the following day before 4:00PM PST.

Unfortunately we do not receive any returns to our warehouse as it is a shipping location only. If you have any troubles with your product such as it not arriving, damaged in transit, gummies melted, mold, etc. We will 100% honour your refund or exchange. We are a fair dispensary. However if we sense abuse of our fairness; your membership will be revoked.
